The following is the process that was meant  for installing the very first build only. You will not need to follow the below steps if you choose to install the latest build.

Cm 12.1 custom rom for galaxy s advance gt i9070 users which gives them a taste of android lollipop 5.1.1 is finally available.
In the device on which the developers self have stated that there will be no any further updates after 4.4.4 kitkat, they have now succeeded on developing cm 12.1 that is android lollipop version 5.1.1

The very first build dated on 03/05/2015 had some major bugs issues like: 
1.   Permanent keypad vibration
2.   Accelerometre not working
3.   Playstore and Browser not working
4.   Recorded video shows some green line while playback and some more
But the recent update have solved lots of bug and now the lollipop rom is atleast usuable.

Recent update on 4/05/2015 change logs are:

1.   Playstore, browser not working fixed

2.   Kernal Tweaks etc

But still video recording from stock camera is not working.

Stay tuned for more updates. Im sure there will be lots of bug fixes in the future. Please keep supporting the developers to continue their work. Without them, this would have never been possible.

Down below is the tutorial for installing the cm 12.1 android version 5.1.1 on galaxy s advance gt i9070:

Details:

Rom name: Cm 12.1 for galaxy s advance gt i9070

Build date/ last update on: 03/05/2015

Rom Kernal version: Linux 3.0.x

Rom firmware required: 4.1.2

Files needed to download:

Please open the download link one at a time:

1. Cm 12.1 Custom Rom build date 4/05/2015
2. Gapps 
3. Boot.cpio.gz
4. Download coCore E Refresh r22

How to install:

Download all the three required files.

Copy from your desktop to the phone memory that is to your sdcard.

Follow the steps below:

1. Copy and paste the boot.cpio.gz file to the root of the phone, that is root / efs folder. I recommend you use Root Explorer to do so. Then long press the file and click permisson to change its value.
2. Set the permission to 0777 using root explorer. Tick mark on ( read, write, execute ) in all three groups (Owner, Group, Others ).
3. Shut down your phone and press volume up + Home Button + Power to boot into recovery or directly Reboot into recovery from the power menu.
4. Select Wipe Data / then wipe  cache and wipe dalvik.
5. Select install zip from sd card and select cm12.1_janice-040515.zip file ( downloaded custom rom) and wait for update to complete.
6. Similarly select install zip from sd card and install lollipop_gapps.zip file ( downloaded Gapps ).
7. Then reboot!

The first boot may take a while. Let it work for atleast 5 min or sometimes can take up to 15 min. Be cool. If it still doesnt boot, turn off the phone and reboot to recovery. Select factory reset this time and do a factory reset. Reboot and enjoy.
