Solve error executing updater binary while flashing cm12.1 on samsung galaxy s advance gt i9070

Felt like i was the only one who got this error executing updater binary  while flashing the latest cm 12.1 custom rom. Tried to search this problem over the internet but there wasn't any which was meant for galaxy s advance gt i9070. Finally i flashed the rom using the following method. So, if you are also having this problem on your gt i 9070 device, you may try. But i donot gurantee for a 100 % fix:


Tried to flash the custom rom following the instruction it came along. It says you must place boot.cpio.gz file on root/efs folder of the device
Your phone must be rooted
Your must use a custom recovery like TWRP or the latest one for gt i9070, CoCore e Refresh r22.
But that didnt work for me.

I placed the boot.cpio.gz file to root/efs folder, then i rebooted to the recovery. TWRP recovery didnt work for me, not even the latest one. So i flashed ClockWork Mode Recovery. You can dowload it from below:

Copy the downloaded update.zip file to your Sd card and flash the custom recovery. Then flash the downloaded custom cm 12.1 rom. This time you will not get any error like before. On success, flash the g-apps.zip similarly and then reboot.

This time you will see cm 12.1 boot animation booting up for the first time. It takes time for the first boot. So be patience. After boot animation ends, android will start optimizing apps, about 88 of them. You may feel like its stuck there but its not. Leave it to work and you will have your working android lollipop on your gt i9070 device.

This rom starts optimizing 1 app after every reboot. Takes lots of time, but boots up. But is fixed in next build.

This rom is very smooth and is usuable even if there are some bugs. Below are some of my screen shots:
